Children

In light of the influence television has on children, Da Ai produces cartoon series in the hope of reaching a young audience and instilling their lives with appropriate standards and values.  Based around Master Cheng Yen's aphorisms, the cartoons naturally teach children about helping others and respecting their elders through the non-threatening world of animation.  The shows are used by educational institutions as teaching materials.  In terms of carrying on the tradition of popularizing Buddhism, Da Ai Television has plans to produce an animated educational film to bring the experiences of a Buddhist master onto the silver screen and into the lives of the cinema going public.

Shows:
Da Ai Cartoons: Each series takes an aphorism written by Master Cheng Yen to produce a story relevant to children's lives.
Animated Feature Film on Ven. Yin-Shun: Documenting the life of a modern Buddhist teacher.  The film was nominated for the Best Animated Film for the 42nd Golden Bell Award.
The Little Chestnut of the Tang Dynasty:This cartoon series presents such traditional etiquette in anecdotes that are both entertaining and educational.  And they provide the children with a chance to perceive and pick up the beauty of traditional Chinese culture.
